Countdown to room-reveal
It's day 71, the day before room-reveal, and Jason is counting down … one month to go and they are all finished on The Block.
"One month to go, which is both exciting and sad and we are just starting to enjoy the unit. We can't wait to enjoy the kitchen when it is set up."
Whilst they are doing the kitchen and the foyer, they are also working very slowly on the courtyard and there will soon be a dividing wall up. "Its just bedlam in there today, the sparky took longer yesterday, the oven's not in yet, we've got to power the whole thing up. I've got a tiler there, I've got a builder there, the doors and windows are going in, and I just wanted get out there this morning."
Room-reveal and open for inspection The priority for them this week was definitely the kitchen, so when it came to vote for an extension, they were very much in favour.
They didn't like disappointing Jamie Durie when it came to the foyer, but they felt confident that he wouldn't be disappointed once he saw their beautiful kitchen: dialup
