After not winning this time, they are slightly adjusting the budget for the remaining rooms. They think the main bathroom is the best room for the next reveal. But will this be a winning room?

Three rooms down … four to go
Unlike the other couples, they don't have to do that much touching up before the judges arrive this morning. For Jason and Kirsten, it's off to work and business as usual.

Judging
John McGrath is at the Block again, this time judging with Kylie and Paul from the first Block. Kylie and Paul are really surprised with the finishes and the quality and design of the work: dialup | broadband

And the winner is…
As Richard and Steven host the body corporate meeting tonight, Jamie Durie lets them all know that he was blown away by their renovations this week. The rooms are judged on the basis of which couple has added the most value to their apartment with their latest renovation. The prize this week is the biggest so far, valued at $10,000. The judges have seen the rooms and decided to split the prize. The winners are Matt and Jane and Richard and Steven.

Day 48
They could see that doing the kitchen had Matt and Jane in the lead, but didn't think Richard and Steven's spare room could have won over their room. Although they are happy for those couples, the prize money would have come in handy. But staying positive is the key and they will work even harder on the next room.
