With the bathroom and hallway now done, they can attack the kitchen first thing tomorrow.
Doing most of the painting themselves this week has certainly helped the budget.
Countdown to room-reveal
It’s day 58, the day before room-reveal, and they not only want to deliver the main bathroom tomorrow, but the hallway as well. With one day to go, this means they'll need to do a lot of the work themselves.
While the floor is sanded, Jason and Kirsten have the perfect excuse to chill out on the beach before completing the painting. Lying in the sun for a while and eating pizza is exactly what they need.
They also manage to chill out in the evening and have a few drinks. Unfortunately, when they ask Richard why Steven doesn't like them, the answer comes as a shock, making them feel hurt and angry.
So when Steven approaches them to talk about the situation, the discussion turns into a full-blown screaming match. They are so angered by Steven they decide to refuse to let him or Richard set foot in their unit again.
Room-reveal and open for inspection After completing the hallway last night, they can now concentrate on cleaning up the bathroom and scrubbing the tiles ready for the room to be revealed: dialup
