The budget has been hit hard with these two rooms, but there are some great tricks that may just save them.
Countdown to room-reveal
It's day 71, the day before the fifth room-reveal, and Jamie is feeling quite reflective on the time she has spent in the unit. She is realising how hard it will be to leave.
Andrew is not quite as reflective as he has just realised the back dividing wall is about to go up and this means no access through Jason's yard. Luckily for him Jason agrees and to put the wall off for a few days.
As they madly get both rooms done, Andrew is feeling quietly confident. "We are actually looking pretty much better than we usually do … having said that we'll invariably have something to finish off."
Room-reveal and open for inspection Even though the money is needed desperately for their budget, the extra day extension on the foyer is worth it. With all the council problems they are having, they just want to get these two rooms done and ready.
