With all rooms done, they really start concentrating on the plans for a gorgeous courtyard.
The budget was at absolute rock-bottom, but thanks to some luck at the challenges, they are $5500 richer.
Six rooms down, the yard to go
It's day 74 on The Block and winning today's judgement is critical to Jamie and Andrew. But they can't just hope for that, they also have their fingers crossed that the foyer will be ready by 7pm tonight.
Yesterday they delivered both the living room and kitchen and they are hoping this will impress the judges this morning.
Judging John McGrath is back to judge the rooms this week and this time he has brought Fiona and Adam again to help him decide. "Very nice. It's got a good feel and it's quite nice." dialupbroadband
And the winner is… The body corporate meeting tonight has everyone just a little on edge. They try so hard to concentrate on the meeting at hand but can't help but wonder if the foyer is going to be done on time. They are, however, happy for Richard and Steven as they are this week's winners and deservedly so.
They can't do much more in the meeting than to just hope that by the time Jamie Durie gets out there, it will be done … and it is. They now have a further $1500 for their budget: dialup

Day 75 The day starts out super early for Andrew, who is demolishing the outside shed. They also have the new challenge in the back of their mind which is painting the entire external surface of the Block for an extra thousand dollars each.
Day 77 They then get another chance for some cash and this time it is fun in the sun making some sandcastles on the beach. Luck is on their side and they win an extra $4000 and are all taken off on a yacht for an afternoon of fun and frivolity: dialup
